Criminal charges for theft and violation of the curfew were filed yesterday against an individual who was caught stealing electric generators from houses. Police arrested the individual at the 45th Street in the Jardines del Caribe community in Ponce.
The individual was identified as Christian Clavel Santiago, 25, a local resident of Ponce.
Judge Mayra Peña, set the individual’s bail at $ 125,000 bail and was sent to Las Cucharas jail in Ponce.
