Disturbing video shows a machine capable of modifying our weather. The machine, a rocket engine testing platform, dubbed “The Rain cloud generator” is operated by NASA, and it creates clouds (hydrogen and oxygen – water vapor). Many good uses can arise from this machine (as in places where drought is a big problem), but also, it could lead to “controversial” uses like altering the natural weather of a region.
Some say it could be used to create small cloud systems over warm ocean water, which could potentially transform into storms.
