Mayor Edward O’Neill Rosa of Guaynabo is encouraging everyone in the community to partake in the Christmas Lighting festivities at the Tablado del Río, an event brimming with enchantment and tradition, commencing today at 5 p.m.
The Tablado and certain sections of the town center have been beautifully lit and decorated in celebration of this much-anticipated season. The event will showcase live music, kiosks, crafts, a parade of children’s characters, and a spectacular fireworks display.
Featured performers for the evening include Victoria Sanabria, Algareplena, and Norberto Vélez, with Límite-21 taking the stage to conclude the event.
“We are celebrating in our Five Star City,” the mayor stated. “We invite families to join in the lighting event to embrace the spirit of Christmas in unity. Our newly renovated Tablado is the perfect venue to kick off the Christmas festivities that are set to unfold in the coming weeks. We are prepared to spread joy and hope to all guaynabeños.”
