The relatives of Brenda Rosado Lozada, a native of Bayamón, are urgently seeking assistance from the community to cover the expenses of transporting the mother, grandmother, and active community member from Puerto Rico to Orlando, Florida, for a critical double lung transplant necessary for her survival and health.
The total cost for outpatient transportation is $37,500, not including hospital fees, which far exceeds what her family can afford.
“We are racing against the clock and every contribution helps,” remarked Rafael A. Rivera Rosado, the patient’s son. “That is why we are reaching out for support to allow our mother to receive this life-saving opportunity.”
