Earlier this week, agents from the Metropolitan Drug Division of the Puerto Rico Police Bureau confiscated 35 pounds of marijuana along with other controlled substances discovered in private mail at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in Carolina.
As per the initial report, besides the marijuana, the agents seized four additional bags of cannabis “gummies” and a kilogram and a half of cocaine on Wednesday afternoon.
Metropolitan Drug Division agents are managing the case and conducting an investigation into the source and destination of the confiscated substances.
