Whether it’s heavy or light rain, cities and suburban areas still get flooded. The problem with trash and debris not getting picked up gets bigger every week. Storm drains are clogged not only superficially, but deep inside, which makes solving the problem even harder. This video was taken yesterday in Arecibo:
