57 municipalities have partial power and 21 Municipalities are currently 100% without power, these are: Ciales, Maricao, Patillas, Adjuntas, Naguabo, Comerío, Jayuya, Río Grande, Morovis, Orocovis, Guayama, Yabucoa, Barranquitas, Aguas Buenas, Luquillo, Las Piedras, Humacao, Maunabo, Arroyo, also Vieques and Culebra islands.
