Chef José Andrés recently announced that he is preparing to open a new restaurant in Disney Springs and for that he is in the process of recruiting local staff, to start preparing what will be the opening of his largest restaurant.
The new restaurant is added to the existing ones under the Jaleo brand, which has stores in Washington, Las Vegas and Mexico City.
It is expected to open its doors in 2018.
The establishment will have several levels and will be located in the resort.
Also, it will have a “tapas” menu of traditional and contemporary Spanish cuisine.
