Cayo Icacos, Fajardo
Just off Fajardo’s coast, this uninhabited island can only be reached by boat. Its crystal-clear waters and white sand make the trip worthwhile. Cayo Icacos, the largest cay in La Cordillera Nature Reserve, is perfect for snorkeling, with coral reefs teeming with sea turtles and starfish.
