The San Lucas Hospital and the Episcopal Church of Puerto Rico held a free health fair in Loíza. Under the motto “Embrace of Episcopal Love”, doctors and medical students put their knowledge at the service of more than 200 people, distributed medicine and offered spiritual and psychological help, among other services. According to the organizers, the municipality was chosen because it was one of the most devastated after the passage of Hurricane Maria and that Loíza is the “cultural capital” of Puerto Rico. The mayor of that municipality, Julia Nazario, was present in the fair, and also talked about the process of recovery of the town. Glorinel Soto reports:
