Disaster from Hurricane Maria in “Playa Cortada” in the municipality of Santa Isabel. 50 days after the passage of the hurricane, the effects of the storm surge and the erosion caused in this area are still visible. Also the trash, debris and lack of maintenance is shocking in the area. Sadly, neither Authorities nor locals have cleaned up the area.
