The Town of Arecibo is in urgent need of Garbage and debris pickup. Rats, flies and cockroaches are a real threat to residents. During Hurricane Maria, Dangerous flood water currents killed this man’s neighbor, flooded his residence and left debris everywhere, however, this resident of Arecibo does not lose hope and looks forward to Christmas time with much joy:
