Denis Y. Sánchez Martin, nephew of Puerto Rican star Ricky Martin, filed a lawsuit last night for death threats and intimidation after receiving two consecutive phone calls asking him not to give a statement during the hearing that will take place today, in the San Juan Court , after the filing of a restraining order against the singer.
According to his complaint, which was filed in the Precinct of Hato Rey Este in San Juan (2022-1-182-3963) and investigated by agent Ángel Trinidad, the young man alleged that a man’s voice called him from an international telephone number, which he provided to the authorities, and allegedly told him that “if you speak in court, we will kill you.”
A minute later, at 9:06 p.m., he received a second call from another phone number in which he was allegedly given the name of the street where he resides.
In turn, the document indicates that agent Torres, attached to the Division of Sexual Crimes, was informed so that he could assign an agent to continue the investigation.
At the beginning of July, Sánchez Martin requested a restraining order on the grounds that he had a relationship with the artist for seven months and that he allegedly intimidated him and passed by his home when they split.
