In the war in Ukraine, the sinking this week of the flagship Russian warship in the Black Sea, the Moskva, has been a heavy blow for the Russian side and could mark a before and after in the conflict.
Precisely after this event, Russian public television, through one of its presenters, Olga Skabeyeva, has released a disturbing message.
“What it has become (the conflict) can safely be called World War III,” Skabeyeva said, insisting “that is completely safe.”
As reported by the Mirror, the journalist said: “Now we are definitely fighting against the NATO infrastructure, if not against NATO itself. We have to recognize that.”
Skabeyeva also broadcasted a video speech: “For some reason, ordinary Ukrainians themselves do not notice any genocide. In the Kharkov region they are welcoming our soldiers as true liberators,” she said.
“People are coming out with the Russian tricolor flag to the streets where our troops are. The people of Kharkov are not accusing the Russian army of genocide, but the Ukrainian armed forces,” she added.
