An American tourist resident of West Virginia was the latest victim of a carjacking robbery at 9:00pm last night at kilometer 6.4 of the PR-987 highway, in the Las Croabas neighborhood, in Fajardo.
The injured person told the authorities that while he was at the scene, a brown vehicle arrived with several individuals inside. One of them carried a weapon and through intimidation and threats he took his red Mitsubishi Mirage G-4 2021, with license plate number: JRJ-119.
Agent Gabriel Cruz Izquierdo, from the Theft Division of the Fajardo Criminal Investigation Corps (CIC), took over the investigation.
