The man accused of murdering Arellys Mercado, Mr. Jensen Medina Cardona was arrested and returned to prison today, after being found guilty of all charges.
“I am pleased with the determination of the judge, he assessed the evidence and understood the arguments and proof of the prosecution,” the Prosecutor told the press.
Medina Cardona faced trial for the 2019 murder of Arellys Mercado in Fajardo, Puerto Rico, in confusing events in which he shot her for finding his cellphone in a bathroom stall.
Arellys may now rest in peace.
