Agents assigned to the Division of Child Abuse of the CIC of San Juan, filed charges in absence for rape against Jorge Iván Sánchez Rodríguez, 47, a resident of San Juan, who assaulted his 25-year-old biological daughter , on October 6.
According to the authorities’ investigation, the events were reported in a residential area in Hato Rey, San Juan. This is when, allegedly, Sánchez Rodríguez arrived at the residence of her daughter and forced her to have relations.
This case was consulted with the prosecutor Luis Castro Rossó, who ordered the filing of charges in absence for rape.
The evidence was presented before Judge Raiza Cajiga Cambell, who found cause and issued an arrest warrant with bail of $500,000.
