That included taking out loans and setting up contracts. The company went inactive in 2013.

Chayanne also appears linked to the company in Florida, Eloisa Investments LLC, of ​​which his wife is allegedly the shareholder and director. Another relative of the artist linked to the investigation is sister-in-law Anna Maronese, mother of influencer Lele Pons.
