A pothole in the middle of Highway 772 in the Botijas community of Orocovis has not been attended by the government for so long that the residents of that community celebrated it’s 4th Bday to it yesterday, after reaching the fourth consecutive year without the authorities providing a fix to it.
“That pothole years ago, even before hurricane María, always had an opening in the street, but when María’s event happened it was when it opened up. Using different methods, they tried to cover the hole, but it continues to open up ”, described a resident in the area.
