16-year-old teenager Bryan Rosa Ufred (pictured left) was charged as an adult for a murder that occurred on June 29 at Bayamon’s Alegría Norte Public housing project or “caserío” as they’re known in the island.
Breylen J. Maldonado Martínez, 21, was also charged for the same crime.
According to the Police, both young men enjoyed with others in the early hours of the morning and an argument arose. Bryan and Breylen allegedly drew weapons they were carrying illegally and shot, killing Blas González and wounding Abraham Rodríguez.
Agent Ángel Silva, from the Bayamón CIC Homicide Division and prosecutor Josué Padilla, presented the evidence before Judge Gloria de Jesús, who determined cause for arrest.
Both young men were booked into jail when they failed to post bonds totaling $ 2.2 million.
