🔺Andrea Ruiz Costas’ voice messages before being Murdered by Ex

Audios obtained by the press reveal the anguish of Andrea Ruiz Costas, the woman murdered by her ex-partner at the end of April.

The victim relates her concern and tells how the court system failed her, since she twice requested restraining orders in the Court and they were denied.

Here is a transcript of her audio messages that she sent to a friend of hers:

“Because of the photos it came out to no cause. About yesterday, you are going to see that they will not give the protection order on Wednesday either. I am very disappointed.”

“Hopeful knowing that they are the ones who have experience in these cases and in the things that happen. Well … But the other one, the judge, the one who was my judge at night, she was mad about the time it had been started filing the case, I don’t know what or whatever. And the agent said look, she arrived here at three o’clock. We went to the prosecutor’s office, between here, between the time the accused arrived to interview him, to get you. And I believe that in True, she gave no cause because she was fed up. She had a mask. She was fighting with us over the video call. So, nothing, this well, whatever God wants. May this serve as a lesson to me. “

“Well, look, I called Legal Services. They transferred me to the lawyer to whom they gave my case. The secretary does not answer the phone at the office. So I moved it to Caguas because I can’t keep losing more days of work.”

“I have already spoken so many times about it. I have told so many people and so many policemen the same sh * t. To so many prosecutors, to so many judges that I am fed up.”

“I feel right now that I have no control of my life. Because no matter what I do, everything depends on him. On how he is watching over me. On how he watches over me. That he has my keys, the keys to my car. That at any moment, I mean, he could be getting into, even in my car when I’m sleeping at night and going through my car. “

Killer confesses
The authorities filed murder charges, violation of the Weapons Law and destruction of evidence against the ex-partner of Ruiz Costas, identified as Miguel Ocasio Santiago.

Ocasio Santiago confessed to the murder of the 35-year-old woman. He was set on a $ 1,100,000 bond that he did not pay, for which he was booked into prison.

The body of Ruiz Costas was found last Thursday, April 29, partially burned in the Guavate neighborhood of Cayey.
