A man barricaded himself in the afternoon with his wife and children at his residence on 5 de Octubre Street in the Buenos Aires urbanization in the municipality of Santa Isabel.
According to preliminary information, the man who has not yet been identified is trying to prevent the Department of the Family from removing the two minors from the home through a court order.
