Local Puerto Rico authorities are looking for a teenager who has been missing since April 9, when she was last seen in the Manuel A. Pérez residential area, in San Juan, Hato Rey area.
Solybel Cruz Valdés, 16, who is a resident of the Turabo Gardens community, in Caguas, is 5 ′ tall, weighs 110 pounds, has white skin and long dark hair. She’s allegedly an aspiring rapper.
