NY tourist ARRESTED in Puerto Rico after attacking Dog, Woman and Man


American tourist Jackie A. Casper, 33, a resident of New York state, was confined since last night In the Bayamón Regional Jail, accused of mutilating a young man, by biting his face.

The events occurred in the middle of a fight reported on Monday afternoon in front of a restaurant located on Magdalena Avenue, in Condado.

According to the Police, Casper beat and mistreated a dog and, after being recriminated for the action, proceeded to attack a woman, which led to the intervention of the young Héctor Serrano, who was attacked with bites on the right cheek, and in the fingers of his left hand.

Agent Juan Clemente, from the Aggression Division of the San Juan Criminal Investigation Corps (CIC), and prosecutor María Teresa Caro filed charges of aggravated assault and mistreatment of animals, and Judge Marangeli Colón Requejo determined cause for arrest and imposed a global bond of $20,000, which was not paid.
