Governor Wanda Vázquez Garced granted a conditional Pardon, to Ashley Marie Torres Feliciano, who was serving a sentence of 111 years in prison after being found guilty of being a co-author of the death of her brother when she was barely 16 years old. .
The determination of the Governor comes just two days before she leaves office and after weeks of requests to consider forgiving the young mother.
