A SECOND shooting in broad daylight was reported today at around 9 a.m., in Villa Mar on Isla Verde, Carolina, PR.
According to the Police, a call received at 9 in the morning, through the Emergency System alerted authorities about multiple gunshots in in said avenue, and upon arrival the police located the body of a man, who has not been identified, approximately 35 years old who can be seen in a video recorded by a nearby resident of the area.
