Daddy Yankee denies petition for judicial administrator in legal matter

---

On Tuesday, the attorney representing Raymond Ayala Rodríguez, famously known as Daddy Yankee, stated that a petition submitted by Mireddys González and Ayeisha González for a judicial manager for the singer-rapper’s business entities, amidst an ongoing lawsuit related to alleged non-compliance with a court ruling, is “unactionable.”

“The request from the defendants does not hold judicial merit; it exhibits a baseless rationale before this Court,” commented Carlos Díaz Olivo, an attorney for the plaintiff, in a formal declaration.

The defense counsel for Ayala Rodríguez indicated that the motion aims to “obscure the persistent non-adherence of the petitioners to the Court’s directives and amounts to a publicity stunt” intended to tarnish the artist’s reputation.

The court, overseen by Judge Anthony Cuevas, has already rendered a conclusive and binding ruling, with the only outstanding issue being a contempt motion against Mireddys and Ayeisha González.

The legal team for Ayala Rodríguez asserts that the media litigation is an effort to distract from what it claims is the defendants’ losing argument in court.

Ayala Rodríguez has reiterated his dedication to managing his businesses in accordance with legal standards and has assured that he will implement necessary actions to rectify any discrepancies in their previous management.

The motion submitted by Mireddys González and Ayeisha González aims to safeguard the companies’ assets, ensure transparency, and assess the possibility of corporate dissolution.
