On Monday, the New Progressive Party (NPP) leadership proclaimed that the “Grand Closing for Puerto Rico to Win,” spearheaded by their gubernatorial candidate, Jenniffer González Colón, is set for Sunday, Nov. 3 at 3 p.m. at Mario “Quijote” Morales Stadium located in Guaynabo.
González Colón expressed in a written statement, “This closing will be a remarkable celebration of the exceptional efforts made by our candidates and the multitude of Puerto Ricans who have engaged in this campaign.”
The gathering will be characterized by a community festivity, enhanced by performances from well-known musical artists. This will mark the inaugural NPP campaign closing event to take place in Guaynabo, and will incorporate security provisions, parking availability, and food vendors for attendees.
González Colón invited both politicians and the wider community to partake in the festivities, emphasizing the significance of the connection with the United States and the safeguarding of the federal funds allocated to the island.
