A gunman who calls himself “Panda” and an illegal guns dealer were arrested early today by the Intelligence and Arrests Division of the Puerto Rico Police. As part of the operation, the agents seized multiple assault-style weapons and handguns.
They are detained in the Humacao Command unit.
Captain Joey Fontánez was in charge of the arrests.
