A man drowned at around 4:14 p.m. yesterday, in the Flamenco beach area, in Culebra.
According to the Police, a call through the 9-1-1 Emergency System alerted about a body at the scene.
The victim, identified as Tony Li, 58 years old and resident in the state of Connecticut, was transported to the Mennonita Diagnostic and Treatment Center (CDT), where Dr. Pérez certified his death.
Agent Luis Delgado, attached to the Homicide Division of the Fajardo Criminal Investigation dept., together with prosecutor Juan Serrano, investigated the events.
