Agents from the Homicide Division of the Criminal Investigation team (CIC) of Carolina and prosecutor Mario Rivera Geigel, carried out the procedures to search the Toyota SUV in which an individual was traveling at 9:50 a.m. yesterday and killed Carlos Misael Clemente Rosario, 36, who was shot on the Sánchez Osorio Avenue, in Carolina Puerto Rico.
The murder was caught on video, recorded by security cameras and citizens who saw the video offered information that led the agents to the place where the SUV was kept.
The individual who shot Clemente Rosario apparently made arrangements to turn himself in to the Police this morning.
Clemente Rosario blocked his way with a Suzuki Vitara vehicle, from which he came out armed with a bat, hitting the glass of the left rear door of the Toyota SUV.
The driver of the Toyota immediately pulled out an alleged automatic gun and shot Clemente Rosario, who he finished off after he fell to the pavement.
