Caught on video: In the afternoon hours of today, “King Charlie” a local ATV rider and group leader, chased the driver of a black Jeep Wrangler vehicle who appeared to be intoxicated, he had crashed on Diego Avenue near a bank in Condado and fled .
On the way, “King Charlie” spotted a San Juan municipal police patrol and alerted them to what was happening.
The female police officer, last name Calderón and the police officer Castro, attached to the county precinct, arrested the man on De Diego Avenue, was identified as Neiro Sulbaran, aged 31 and a resident of Miami, Florida.
Sulbaran underwent a breath test and showed 0.220% “.22” of alcohol levels. He was placed under arrest pending charges.
