The Bayamón Vaqueros of the National Superior Basketball (BSN) assured that they will take “action on the matter” after the brawl that arose last night at the Rubén Rodríguez Coliseum at the end of the game against the Guaynabo Mets, corresponding to the semifinal series that both quintets dispute.
In an open letter published on their social networks, the Vaqueros also expressed that they will increase the presence of security personnel in the coliseum and that they are working on a plan with the municipal police of Bayamón.
“We regret the isolated incident that occurred and we will take action on the matter to prevent this type of situation from repeating itself in the Rubén Rodríguez de Bayamón coliseum for the remainder of the BSN postseason,” the Bayamon franchise communicated.
Last night, a video emerged on social media in which a brawl is observed in which individuals began beating two young men. Similarly, someone is seen grabbing a table to deliver blows.
