A Military Convoy from the Army National Guard in the South of Puerto Rico was heading East when allegedly the driver of a Toyota Corolla deliberately drove onto one of the military trucks in an apparent show of strength of who could pass first.
By law, civilian and military vehicles should not interfere and should keep their distance from each other. Laws in Puerto Rico about this are not clear and an investigation is in course.
A passerby was able to record the incident and has been published on social media, which shows how the civilian drove the car very closely to the military truck and striking it according to the video. The occupants then exit the vehicle and start arguing with the driver of the military truck.
