A Florida man died last night in the La Romana neighborhood in Culebra island, Puerto Rico, reported the local Police Dept. of Fajardo.
A call to the 9-1-1 emergency system was placed alerting of a person who did not respond, when the authorities arrived at the place, they found the body of Miguel Ángel De Jesús Ayala, 42 years old, resident of the state of Florida.
Agent Jorge Encarnación, attached to the CIC Fajardo Area Homicide Division, was in charge of the investigation, together with prosecutor Félix Sánchez, who ordered the transfer of the body to the Institute of Forensic Sciences for autopsy purposes.
The investigation is ongoing, there are no further details reported about the case.
