🔺3 Tourists ARRESTED at San Juan Airport

Agents attached to the Airport precinct arrested at 5:06 pm yesterday, three American women who caused a riot inside a Spirit airline plane at the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, in Carolina, Puerto Rico.

According to Police, Flight 851 originally departed at 3:51 p.m. toward Fort Lauderdale, Florida, but passengers Naromie St Ange, Sheila Edouard and Cynthia Augustin engaged in inappropriate behavior inside the plane and refused to follow the rules issued by the airline.

The behavior turned aggressive and ended up causing a riot involving the other passengers.

In the police intervention, agents Pedro Rodríguez Ávila and Miguel Martínez Martínez were attacked by tourists Augustin and St Ange, who were immediately placed under arrest. While Edouard caused damage to the area of ​​the “counter” of the airline, for which she was also arrested.

The case will be consulted today with the prosecutor on duty for the possible presentation of charges.
