Buen Samaritano Hospitall in Aguadilla, PR was closed partially when a failure in the a/c units caused odors from the morgue to ascend to the upper levels of the Building.
Luckily the ICU was not affected by the situation, so patients in critical condition did not have to be transferred, said the governor’s top legal counsel, Alfonso Orona.
Mr. Orona confirmed that there are four mobile refrigeration units removing corpses from hospitals, as most funeral services in the island are not working yet.
