(COVID-19) cases in Puerto Rico increased this morning to 17 after the tests taken on three people turned up positive, the Army National Guard’s assistant general, José Reyes, confirmed to the press. The people of PR and several insider doctors confirm the government is slowing down testing and not telling the truth about reported cases and suspicious cases, many of which have been denied the test.
Around 100+ tests are awaiting lab confirmation. Puerto Rico has a drive-thru testing site, although it’s not freely open to the public and you likely need an appointment.
Also, around 500 members of the Army National Guard are stationed in Airports taking passenger temperatures. Medical students are also assisting the Army in monitoring incoming passengers.
