Citizens in San Juan, near the Llorens Torres Public Housing Project reported a small tornado that lasted several minutes. Witnesses say they were scared and it’s the first time they’ve seen something like that. In Puerto Rico it’s not common to see these type of formations, but Water Spouts in the coastal areas of the island are seen frequently. Watch the 2 videos:
